Caring For Your Cushions | When caring for your cushions, it is always important to read the general cleaning instructions. Regular care is to protect your cushions from direct sunlight and to maintain fullness by plumping your cushions. Cleaning may be done with upholstery cleaner. Do not scrub and dry away from direct sunlight. Spot cleaning is to treat the stains as soon as possible. Pilling can occur occasionally as a result of normal daily wear and should not be considered as a fault. Fibre pills can be removed by a battery operated pilling tool, available from most haberdashery stores. | Claims, Returns & Shipping | You may return an item if: - the fabric in the cushion is damaged, either by the fabric company, through delivery, or by us.

All of our cushions are for delivery to Australian customers, and for international orders. All international orders should email us with their enquiry. Deliveries of cushions are sent through Australia Post, either with a standard or express delivery. We estimate that from the time you place your order you should have your cushions between 7 to 10 working days. Customers that choose Express Post will be sent a tracking number via email, after the item has been sent. If the fabric you have chosen is out of stock and needs to be reordered from the supplier, we will email or ring you. | | About The Fabric | All fabrics that we use have been tested to industry standard. Not all fabrics are 100% colourfast and when washing you should only use warm to cold water. Fabrics that are dyed can fade lightly depending on the exposure. All fabrics are also prone to shrinkage, so care must be taken when washing. An allowance of 3% is considered an acceptable industry standard. | Wholesale Orders | Into Cushions will sell to hotels, motels, bed and breakfast facilities, as well as display homes. As well as making quality cushions and ironing board covers, we can also make table runners and bed runners. Customers, who place larger orders, will be given a special wholesale price.
